How to Say I Love You in Vietnamese (and other helpful phrases)

Single Vietnamese girls looking for romance and love. Meet them right now online.

If you connect with a Vietnamese woman and you like her or think she’s lovely you want to be able to tell her correct? It is sometimes hard enough for some of us when the girl speaks the same language as us, but what can you do if you’ve just met the Vietnamese woman of your dreams and don’t know how to tell her how you feel?

It’s really quite easy to pick up several phrases of Vietnamese and trust me they will go far in impressing your Vietnamese girl. Your Vietnamese lady will be so happy that you’ve taken the time and effort to learn some of her language.

Here are some phrases of love that will go a long way in showing your lady how you are feeling and finding out how she feels. Don’t allow the spoken language barrier block the words of the heart.

Anh yeu em
– I love you
Ban dep lam – You are so beautiful
Ban ze tuong nhieu lam – You are very cute
Ban lam toi vui – You make me happy
Anh nho em – I miss you
Ban co nho toi – Do you like me?
Toi thich ban – I like you
Ban da co mot trai– Do you have a girlfriend/boyfriend?
Anh yeu em nhieu lam – I love you so much
Toi co the om hon ban – Can I kiss you?
nhieu yeu – sweetheart or darling
Ban cua toi la yeu – You are my sweetheart

I don’t have more right now, but I plan on finding more helpful Vietnamese language phrases and posting them in the future. Hopefully this will get you off to a good start with your Vietnamese girlfriend and both of you will be able to share your feelings more easily. If there’s more that you need me to write about kindly write a comment and I’ll attempt to get whatever information you need.

Hello there! Firstly, i wanna know who’s the author of these articles. How long have you been living in Vietnam to get those impressive experiences about Vietnamese girls?
Anyway, i agreed with you about the “Nurturing the Relationship” paragraph. You’re definitely right about it.
And about those Vietnamese phrases, well i couldn’t help laughing for a little while. I think you might have to learn more from a local those sentences. But perhaps its silly wrong words makes the girl think you’re lovely and adorable. So anyway, well-done!
By the way, i’m a Vietnamese :)

Could we get a list of pet names for lovers such as darling, sweetie, baby, Princess, hunny, babe? These would make conversations with our lovers less formal as when you are with someone and you speak the same language, you would rarely end the sentence with their name, it’d usually be with a pet name.
